I think he might be the guy in the black tank top working with Jerry. The real Mr. Moreau. Hopefully I am wrong because I don't want him to be a bad guy. I want him to be good and give Patrick some competition.

He's smarmy to me, he oozes smarm to me....I don't like him. I'm not even the least bit interested in him. I just don't get how they can be bringing on new characters while there is a writers strike???? I know that he's probably connected to Jerry in some way. We'll see , there are tons of rumors on the net about this dude....

What I don't understand is that he's supposed to be this lady's man like Patrick but he's not hot like Patrick.
