Ok, here is a bit of scoop I got from the yahoo scrubs board. It's scoop from one of the soap mags.

"Kate's secret has to do with her parents/relatives. nothing to do with kids or the show would have hinted it by now . lately we've heard kate mention her missing relatives a lot (with jax twice and with sonny the other day ). claudia is involved somehow . the woman is Olivia and I think she looks like alexis so when kate wake up she mistake alexis for Olivia , sonny witness and is confused about it."

So now that we know this, I guess the " Spinelli is Kate and Sonny's kid" theory just went out the window. Although the same scoop does say that soon Spinelli will find out who is biological parent/s are. What do you all think about this ? I still need to think it over, try and figure out where they're going with all of this.
